For cancellations received until June 30, 2023, the paid amount will be fully refunded without a cancellation fee. For cancellations received from July 1 to July 14, 2023, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the paid amount. Any cancellations received after July 14, 2023, will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the paid amount and will thus not be refunded.

A processing fee of 25 EUR is incurred for any cancellation.
